Grupo de cinesioterapia
O “exercício baseado na comunidade” contempla programas em que grupos de indivíduos se exercitam juntos; ou programas nos quais os indivíduos seguem um programa de exercícios predeterminado em um ambiente comunitário, seja em casa ou em uma instalação comunitária. Esses programas geralmente incluem um componente de exercícios em casa. Não é necessário que os programas comunitários de exercícios sejam liderados por um fisioterapeuta, nem estejam associados a avaliações periódicas de programas individualizados de fisioterapia (Osborne JA et al., 2022).
